تطبيق «دوري البادل»

١. من نحن

«دوري البادل» تطبيق لإدارة جلسات البادل الأسبوعية، ولحجز الملاعب وشراء حزمها.
يُطوّره ويشغّله فرد لا شركة.

٢. ما نجمعه — وما لا نجمعه

حسابك

البريد الإلكتروني — هوية حسابك وتسجيل دخولك، ورسائل تأكيد الحساب واستعادة كلمة المرور. يراه: أنت، وفريق التشغيل عند مراجعة حساب. ولا يراه مسؤول قروبك — يظهر له مُخفياً جزئياً.
كلمة المرور — تُحفظ مشفَّرة، ولا يراها أحد ولا نحن.
رقم الجوال — للدخول والاستعادة والتأكّد أن الحساب لصاحبه. يراه: أنت، وفريق التشغيل. ولا يراه أعضاء قروبك ولا مسؤول القروب. وإذا حجزت ملعباً يُحفظ مع الحجز فيراه صاحب ذلك الملعب وموظّفو استقباله — ليتّصلوا بك في أمر الحجز.
اسم اللاعب الذي تكتبه — يظهر في الجدول والقرعة والنتائج والترتيب. يراه أعضاء قروبك، وكلُّ من يفتح التطبيق إن دخلتَ لوحة أفضل خمسة لاعبين.
عضويتك في القروب ودورك فيه (عضو أو مسؤول) — يراها أعضاء قروبك.
تواريخ إنشاء حسابك وطلباتك وجلساتك — لترتيب السجلات وأرشيف المواسم.
إصدار التطبيق الذي تستعمله — يُسجَّل مع حسابك عند فتح التطبيق، لنعرف مَن بقي على نسخةٍ قديمة فنبلّغه بالتحديث. لا نسجّل نوع جهازك ولا نظامه ولا موقعك ولا صفحاتٍ تزورها، وتراه لوحةُ التشغيل وحدها.

جلساتك

القرعة والجدول ونتائج الأشواط والترتيب والحضور والتبديلات — وهي جوهر عمل التطبيق، وتتزامن بين أجهزة أعضاء قروبك. يراها أعضاء قروبك.
قيمة حجز الملعب إن أدخلتها — يراها أعضاء قروبك.

إن حجزت ملعباً

اسمك ورقم جوالك — يُحفظان مع الحجز. يراهما صاحب الملعب وموظّفو استقباله وفريق التشغيل. ويبقيان مع الحجز حتى لو حذفتَ حسابك — لأنه سجلُّ معاملةٍ تمّت بينك وبين صاحب الملعب.
موعد الحجز ومدّته والملعب والمبالغ إن وُجدت.
رمز الحجز — يطلبه موظّف الاستقبال ليتأكّد أنك صاحب الحجز.
حضورك أو غيابك — يسجّله صاحب الملعب أو موظّفه. والافتراض أنك حضرت، ولا يُسجَّل الغياب إلا خلال يومٍ من موعد الحجز.

إن اشتريت حزمة من ملعب

الحزمة والمبلغ المدفوع وتاريخا الشراء والانتهاء وعدد الحصص التي استعملتها.
يراها: أنت، وصاحب الملعب، وفريق التشغيل.

إن كنت صاحب ملعب

بيانات ملعبك: الاسم والمدينة والحيّ والجوال والأسعار والأوقات — تظهر للعموم في دليل الملاعب، لأن غرضها أن تُرى ويُحجز عليها.
الصور التي ترفعها لملعبك — تُعرض للعموم في الدليل، ويصل إليها كلُّ من يملك رابطها حتى بلا حساب.
جوال موظّف الاستقبال الذي توظّفه — لربط حسابه بملعبك، ويُعرض لك مُخفياً جزئياً.

الموقع

اختياريٌّ كلّه، ولا يعمل الدليل بدونه — بل يرتّب الملاعب بقربها منك. تختار حيّك من قائمة فنحفظ اسم الحيّ وحده، ولا يراه غيرك، وتُلغيه متى شئت. وفي نسخة المتصفّح قد نسألك الإذن بمعرفة موقعك اللحظي عند فتح دليل الملاعب وحده، ليُحسب به البُعد إلى كل ملعب في جهازك ولحظته — ولا يُحفظ عندنا إطلاقاً. وإن رفضت عمل الدليل بحيّك. والتطبيق المثبَّت على جوالك لا يسأل عن موقعك أصلاً.

ما لا نجمعه أبداً

لا نتتبّع موقعك في الخلفية ولا وأنت خارج التطبيق.
لا نقرأ جهات اتصالك.
لا نستخدم الكاميرا ولا الميكروفون.
لا نأخذ صورك — إلا صور الملعب التي يرفعها صاحبه بنفسه واختياره.
لا معرّف إعلاني ولا بصمة لجهازك.
لا تحليلات لسلوكك ولا أدوات تتبّع من أي نوع.
لا إعلانات ولا شبكات إعلانية.
لا بيانات دفع — لا بطاقات ولا حسابات بنكية. الحزم تُشترى نقداً عند الملعب.

ما يظهر للعموم

لوحة أفضل خمسة لاعبين: اسم اللاعب واسم قروبه وعدد جلساته ومتوسط أشواطه، بعد ثلاث جلسات على الأقل. بلا بريدك ولا أي وسيلة اتصال بك.
اسم القروب وكوده: يُبحث عنهما ليجد أصحابك قروبهم، والانضمام يبقى بموافقة مسؤول القروب.
دليل الملاعب: أسماء الملاعب ومدنها وأحياؤها وجوالاتها وأسعارها وأوقاتها وصورها.
ولا شيء غير ذلك — نتائج جلساتكم وجدولكم وحضوركم تبقى داخل قروبكم وحده.
إن أزعجك ظهور اسمك في اللوحة: غيّره من داخل التطبيق، أو راسلنا لنستثنيك منها.

الإشعارات — إن فعّلتها أنت

معطّلة افتراضياً، ولا تعمل إلا إذا فعّلتها بنفسك ووافقت على طلب الإذن.
عندها نحفظ معرّفاً للجهاز الذي فعّلتها عليه، ونوعه، لنعرف أين نرسل. وهو لا يكشف رقم جوالك ولا موقعك ولا هويتك، ولا يُستعمل إلا لإشعارات هذا التطبيق.
في المتصفّح: محتوى الإشعار مشفَّر بيننا وبين جهازك، فلا تقرؤه الجهة التي توصله.
في التطبيق المثبَّت على جوالك: عنوان الإشعار ونصّه يمرّان بصيغة مقروءة عبر خدمة الإشعارات في نظام تشغيل جهازك، وقد يحويان اسم قروبك أو اسم لاعب فيه. هذا قيدٌ في المنصّات نفسها لا خيار لنا فيه — ومن أراد ألّا يمرّ شيء مقروءاً فليستعمل نسخة المتصفّح.
الإيقاف بضغطة: نفس الزر يوقفها ويحذف معرّف جهازك من عندنا. وسحب الإذن من إعدادات جهازك يوقفها أيضاً.

٣. أين تُحفَظ

على جهازك: نسخة من جلستك وإعداداتك ليعمل التطبيق بدون إنترنت. تُمحى بحذف بيانات التطبيق أو إلغاء تثبيته.
وعلى خوادم مزوّدي خدماتٍ سحابية عالميين نستعين بهم لتشغيل التطبيق: قاعدة البيانات، واستضافة الموقع، وحفظ صور الملاعب، وإرسال رسائل البريد، وإيصال الإشعارات.
هؤلاء مزوّدو خدمة تقنية فقط، يعملون بأمرنا وضمن اتفاقياتٍ تُلزمهم بحماية بياناتك، ولا يستعملونها لأنفسهم.
وما عداهم لا نشارك بياناتك مع أحد، ولا نبيعها، ولا نستخدمها في تسويق.
ولك أن تطلب منّا في أي وقت بيان الجهات التي تُحفظ عندها بياناتك.

٤. ما تشاركه أنت بنفسك

التطبيق يتيح لك نسخ النتائج أو تصديرها صورةً لتشاركها في واتساب أو غيره.
هذه المشاركة تحدث بأمرك وحدك، وما تنشره خارج التطبيق يخرج من نطاق هذه السياسة.
ولا نرسل بياناتك تلقائياً إلى أي جهة.

٥. حذف بياناتك

الخروج من قروب: يزيل عضويتك فيه وارتباط حسابك به.
حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع): من الإعدادات ← «حذف حسابي نهائياً». تخرج فوراً من كل أجهزتك، ويُمحى الحساب نهائياً بعد ٣٠ يوماً، ولك أن تتراجع بتسجيل الدخول قبل الموعد.
إن كنت المسؤول الوحيد عن قروب فيه أعضاء: نطلب منك اختيار من يستلم الإدارة، أو نختار أقدم عضو نيابةً عنك.
إن كنت صاحب ملعب عليه اشتراكاتٌ سارية: يُمنع الحذف حتى تنتهي، لأن حذف حسابك يُلغي حصصاً دفع الناس ثمنها. تنتظر انتهاءها أو تلغيها أولاً.
إن حذفت التطبيق أو ضاع جهازك: من صفحة طلب حذف الحساب وتُفتح بلا تسجيل دخول، أو برسالة من بريدك المسجّل إلى support@padel-league.net. وقد نراسلك للتأكّد أن البريد بريدك.
وما يبقى بعد الحذف: نتائج مبارياتك تبقى في أرشيف القروب لأنها سجلٌّ مشترك، لكنها تُفصَل عن هويتك بحذف اسمك وبريدك.
وما يبقى منسوباً إليك: اسمك ورقمك على الحجوزات التي أجريتها، لأنها سجلُّ معاملاتٍ تمّت.

٦. حقوقك

الاطّلاع: تطلب نسخة من بياناتك المحفوظة عندنا.
التصحيح: تعدّل اسمك ورقم جوالك من داخل التطبيق مباشرة.
الحذف: كما في القسم السابق.
الاعتراض والسحب: تتوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وتطلب الحذف متى شئت.
راسلنا على البريد أعلاه، ونستجيب خلال ٣٠ يوماً.

٧. مدة الاحتفاظ

بيانات حسابك: ما دام حسابك قائماً.
عند طلب الحذف: تُمحى خلال ٣٠ يوماً.
طلبات الانضمام المرفوضة: تُحذف تلقائياً مع بيانات مُرسِلها.
الحجوزات والاشتراكات: تبقى سجلاً للمعاملات بعد انتهائها.

٨. الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون ١٣ عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
وإن وصلنا بيان طفل حذفناه فور إبلاغنا.

٩. الأمان

الاتصال بالتطبيق مشفَّر بالكامل.
كلمات المرور محفوظة مشفَّرة.
الوصول إلى البيانات محكومٌ بقواعد تمنع عضو قروبٍ من قراءة بيانات قروبٍ آخر.
ولا نظام كامل الحصانة — لكننا لا نجمع بطاقات دفع ولا هويات ولا مواقع محفوظة، فأثر أي خلل محدود بطبيعته.

١٠. تعديلات هذه السياسة

عند أي تعديل جوهري نحدّث التاريخ أعلى الصفحة.
وإن كان التعديل يوسّع ما نجمعه، نطلب موافقتك داخل التطبيق قبل المتابعة.

1. Who we are

“Padel League” is an app for running weekly padel sessions, and for booking courts and buying court packages.
Built and operated by an individual, not a company.
Data controller and point of contact: support@padel-league.net

2. What we collect — and what we never do

Your account

Email address — your account identity and sign-in, and confirmation and password-recovery messages. Seen by: you, and the operations team when reviewing an account. Your group admin does not see it — it appears to them partly hidden.
Password — stored encrypted; nobody sees it, including us.
Phone number — for sign-in, recovery, and confirming the account is yours. Seen by: you, and the operations team. Not seen by your group members or your group admin. If you book a court, it is saved with the booking so that court's owner and their front-desk staff can see it — to contact you about the booking.
Player name you choose — appears in the schedule, draw, results and standings. Seen by your group members, and by anyone who opens the app if you reach the top-five players board.
Your group membership and role (member or admin) — seen by your group members.
Creation dates of your account, requests and sessions — to order records and season archives.

Your sessions

The draw, schedule, game scores, standings, attendance and substitutions — the core of what the app does, synced between your group members' devices. Seen by your group members.
The court booking cost if you enter it — seen by your group members.

If you book a court

Your name and phone number — saved with the booking. Seen by the court owner and their front-desk staff and the operations team. They stay with the booking even if you delete your account — because it is the record of a transaction between you and the court owner.
The booking time, duration and court, and any amounts.
The booking reference — the front-desk staff asks for it to confirm the booking is yours.
Whether you showed up — recorded by the court owner or their staff. Attendance is assumed, and a no-show can only be recorded within a day of the booking time.
Your note on the booking if you write one.

If you buy a package from a court

The package, the amount paid, the purchase and expiry dates, and how many sessions you have used.
Seen by: you, the court owner, and the operations team.

If you are a court owner

Your court's details: name, city, district, phone, prices and hours — shown publicly in the court directory, because their purpose is to be seen and booked.
The photos you upload for your court — shown publicly in the directory, and reachable by anyone who has the link, even without an account.
Your front-desk staff member's phone number — to link their account to your court; shown to you partly hidden.

Location

Entirely optional — the directory works without it, it simply sorts courts by how close they are to you. You pick your district from a list and we keep the district name alone; nobody else sees it and you can clear it any time. In the browser version we may ask permission for your live location when you open the court directory, to work out the distance to each court on your device, in that moment — never saved with us. If you decline, the directory works with your district. The app installed on your phone never asks for your location at all.

What we never collect

We do not track your location in the background or while you are outside the app.
We do not read your contacts.
We do not use the camera or the microphone.
We do not take your photos — except the court photos an owner uploads themselves, by their own choice.
No advertising ID and no device fingerprint.
No behavioural analytics and no tracking tools of any kind.
No ads and no ad networks.
No payment data — no cards, no bank accounts. Packages are paid for in cash at the court.

What is public

The top-five players board: player name, group name, session count and average games, after at least three sessions. No email and no way to contact you.
Group name and code: searchable so your friends can find their group; joining still needs the group admin's approval.
The court directory: court names, cities, districts, phones, prices, hours and photos.
Nothing else — your session results, schedule and attendance stay inside your group.
If you would rather your name not appear on the board: change it in the app, or write to us and we will exclude you.

Notifications — only if you turn them on

Off by default, and they only work if you turn them on yourself and grant the permission.
We then keep an identifier for the device you enabled them on, and its type, so we know where to send. It reveals neither your phone number nor your location nor your identity, and is used only for this app's notifications.
In the browser: the notification's content is encrypted between us and your device, so the service delivering it cannot read it.
In the app installed on your phone: the notification's title and text pass in readable form through your device operating system's notification service, and may contain your group's name or a player's name. This is a limitation of those platforms, not a choice of ours — if you would rather nothing passed through readable, use the browser version.
One tap to stop: the same button turns them off and deletes your device identifier from our side. Revoking the permission in your device settings also stops them.

3. Where it is kept

On your device: a copy of your session and settings so the app works without internet. Cleared when you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
And on the servers of leading global cloud providers we rely on to run the app: the database, website hosting, storing court photos, sending emails, and delivering notifications.
These are technical service providers only, acting on our instructions and under agreements that bind them to protect your data, and they do not use it for themselves.
Beyond them we share your data with no one, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing.
You may ask us at any time for a statement of where your data is held.

4. What you share yourself

The app lets you copy results or export them as an image to share on WhatsApp or elsewhere.
That sharing happens only at your command, and whatever you post outside the app falls outside this policy.
We never send your data anywhere automatically.

5. Deleting your data

Leaving a group: removes your membership and your account's link to it.
Deleting your account in the app (fastest): Settings → “Delete my account permanently”. You are signed out of all your devices at once, the account is erased after 30 days, and you can undo it by signing in before then.
If you are the only admin of a group with members: we ask you to choose who takes over, or we choose the longest-standing member on your behalf.
If you are a court owner with active subscriptions: deletion is blocked until they end, because deleting your account would cancel sessions people have paid for. Wait for them to end, or cancel them first.
If you deleted the app or lost your device: use the account deletion request page, which opens without signing in, or email support@padel-league.net from your registered address. We may write back to confirm the address is yours.
What remains after deletion: your match results stay in the group archive because they are a shared record, but they are separated from your identity once your name and email are removed.
What remains attributed to you: your name and number on the bookings you made, because they are the record of completed transactions.

6. Your rights

Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correction: edit your name and phone number directly in the app.
Deletion: as in the previous section.
Objection and withdrawal: stop using the app and request deletion whenever you wish.
Write to the address above and we respond within 30 days.

7. Retention

Your account data: for as long as your account exists.
On a deletion request: erased within 30 days.
Rejected join requests: deleted automatically along with the sender's data.
Bookings and subscriptions: kept as a record of transactions after they end.

8. Children

The app is not directed at anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If a child's data reaches us, we delete it as soon as we are told.

9. Security

Traffic to the app is fully encrypted.
Passwords are stored encrypted.
Access to data is governed by rules that stop a member of one group from reading another group's data.
No system is perfectly secure — but we collect no payment cards, no ID documents and no stored locations, so the impact of any flaw is limited by nature.

10. Changes to this policy

On any material change we update the date at the top of this page.
And if the change widens what we collect, we ask for your consent inside the app before continuing.
