تطبيق «دوري البادل»

الخلاصة في ثلاثة أسطر: التطبيق يجمع إيميلك واسمك ونتائج مبارياتك فقط — وهو الحد الذي لا يعمل الدوري بدونه. لا إعلانات، ولا تحليلات، ولا تتبّع، ولا بيع لبياناتك، ولا مشاركتها مع أي جهة تسويقية. تستطيع حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت.

١. من نحن

«دوري البادل» تطبيق مجاني لإدارة جلسات البادل الأسبوعية لمجموعات الأصدقاء، يُطوّره ويشغّله فرد لا شركة. مسؤول البيانات ونقطة الاتصال: support@padel-league.net.

٢. البيانات التي نجمعها فعلاً

هذا سرد كامل لما يخزّنه التطبيق — لا شيء غيره:

ما يظهر للعموم — بوضوح

ثلاثة أشياء فقط يراها أي شخص يفتح التطبيق، حتى بلا حساب:

لوحة أفضل خمسة لاعبين: اسم اللاعب واسم قروبه وعدد جلساته ومتوسط أشواطه. تدخلها تلقائياً إن كنت من الخمسة الأوائل بعد إكمال ثلاث جلسات على الأقل. لا يظهر فيها بريدك ولا أي بيان اتصال.
اسم القروب وكوده: قابلان للبحث بالاسم ليجد أصحابك قروبهم — والانضمام يبقى بموافقة مسؤول القروب، فظهور الاسم لا يعني دخول أحد.
لا شيء غير ذلك: نتائج جلساتكم التفصيلية وجدولكم وحضوركم تبقى داخل القروب وحده.

إن أزعجك ظهور اسمك في اللوحة، غيّره من «تعديل اسمي في السجل» داخل التطبيق، أو راسلنا على support@padel-league.net ونستثنيك منها.

ما لا نجمعه أبداً

لا موقع جغرافي — التطبيق لا يطلب صلاحية الموقع
لا جهات اتصال ولا صور ولا ملفات من جهازك
لا كاميرا ولا ميكروفون
لا معرّف إعلاني ولا بصمة جهاز
لا تحليلات سلوك — لا Google Analytics ولا Firebase Analytics ولا أي بديل. (مشروع Firebase الخاص بالتطبيق أُنشئ بـAnalytics مطفأ عن قصد)
لا إعلانات ولا شبكات إعلانية
لا رقم جوال

الإشعارات — إن فعّلتها أنت

الإشعارات معطّلة افتراضياً، ولا تعمل إلا إذا ضغطت «🔔 فعّل الإشعارات» ووافق متصفحك. عندها نخزّن اشتراك الدفع الخاص بذلك الجهاز: عنوان خدمة الدفع (Google أو Mozilla أو Apple حسب متصفحك) ومفتاحَي تشفير عشوائيين ينشئهما المتصفح، ونوع المتصفح للتشخيص.

هذا الاشتراك معرّف جهاز — لكنه لا يكشف رقمك ولا موقعك ولا هويتك، ولا يُستعمل إلا لإرسال إشعارات التطبيق. محتوى كل إشعار مشفَّر بين خادمنا وجهازك فلا تقرؤه خدمة الدفع.

الإيقاف بضغطة: نفس الزر يصير «🔕 إيقاف الإشعارات» ويحذف الاشتراك من عندنا. وسحب الإذن من إعدادات المتصفح يوقفها أيضاً.

٣. أين تُخزَّن

على جهازك (localStorage / تخزين التطبيق): نسخة من حالة جلستك الحالية وإعداداتك، حتى يعمل التطبيق بدون إنترنت. تُمحى بحذف بيانات التطبيق أو إلغاء تثبيته.
على Supabase: خدمة قاعدة بيانات مُدارة تحتفظ بالحسابات والعضويات والنتائج لتتزامن بين أجهزة أعضاء القروب. سياسة خصوصية Supabase
على Vercel: يستضيف نسخة الويب. كأي خادم ويب يسجّل طلبات تقنية (عنوان IP، نوع المتصفح) لأسباب تشغيلية وأمنية، ولا نستخدمها لتتبّعك. سياسة خصوصية Vercel

هذان مزوّدان تقنيان فقط (معالجان للبيانات). لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي طرف آخر، ولا نبيعها، ولا نستخدمها في تسويق.

٤. مشاركة النتائج التي تبدأها أنت

التطبيق يتيح لك نسخ النتائج أو تصديرها صورة لتشاركها في واتساب أو غيره. هذه المشاركة تحدث بأمرك وحدك، وما تنشره خارج التطبيق يخرج من نطاق هذه السياسة ويخضع لسياسة التطبيق الذي شاركت فيه. لا نرسل بياناتك تلقائياً إلى أي جهة.

٥. حذف بياناتك

من داخل التطبيق: «الخروج النهائي» من القروب يزيل عضويتك وربط حسابك به.

حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع): «⚙️ القروب والحساب» ← «🗑 حذف حسابي نهائياً». تخرج فوراً من كل أجهزتك، ويُمحى الحساب نهائياً بعد ٣٠ يوماً تلقائياً — ولك أن تتراجع بتسجيل الدخول قبل الموعد. وإن كنت الأدمن الوحيد في قروب فيه أعضاء، يُطلب منك اختيار من يستلم الإدارة (أو نختار أقدم عضو نيابةً عنك) — ولا يُمنع حذفك بحال.

وإن حذفت التطبيق أو ضاع جهازك: من صفحة طلب حذف الحساب — تُفتح بلا تسجيل دخول، تكتب فيها بريدك وترسل. أو أرسل رسالة من نفس بريدك المسجّل إلى support@padel-league.net بعنوان «حذف حسابي». وفي الحالتين نحذف حسابك وبريدك واسمك خلال ٣٠ يوماً. ولأن هذه الصفحة مفتوحة للجميع فقد نراسلك للتأكد أن البريد بريدك قبل التنفيذ.

ملاحظة صريحة: نتائج المباريات التي لعبتها سابقاً تبقى في أرشيف القروب لأنها سجل مشترك لا يخصّك وحدك — لكن تُفصل عن هويتك بحذف اسمك وبريدك، فلا تعود منسوبة إليك.

٦. حقوقك

الوصول: تطلب نسخة من بياناتك المخزّنة عندنا
التصحيح: تعدّل اسم اللاعب من داخل التطبيق مباشرة
الحذف: كما في القسم ٥
الاعتراض والسحب: تتوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وتطلب الحذف في أي وقت

للتنفيذ راسلنا على البريد أعلاه. نستجيب خلال ٣٠ يوماً.

٧. مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك ما دام حسابك قائماً. عند طلب الحذف تُمحى خلال ٣٠ يوماً. طلبات الانضمام المرفوضة تُحذف تلقائياً مع بيانات مُرسِلها.

٨. الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون ١٣ عاماً ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إن وصلنا بيان طفل حذفناه فوراً عند إبلاغنا.

٩. الأمان

الاتصال مشفَّر بـHTTPS بالكامل، وكلمات المرور مُعمّاة، والوصول للبيانات محكوم بقواعد أمان على مستوى الصفوف (Row Level Security) تمنع عضو قروب من قراءة بيانات قروب آخر. لا نظام كامل الحصانة، لكن لا نجمع بيانات حساسة (لا بطاقات دفع ولا هويات ولا مواقع) فأثر أي اختراق محدود بطبيعته.

١٠. تعديلات هذه السياسة

عند أي تعديل جوهري نحدّث التاريخ أعلى الصفحة، وإن كان التعديل يوسّع ما نجمعه أبلغنا الأعضاء داخل التطبيق قبل تطبيقه.

The whole thing in three lines: the app collects your email, your name and your match results — the minimum without which a league cannot run. No ads, no analytics, no tracking, no selling of your data, and no sharing it with any marketing party. You can delete your account and your data at any time.

1. Who we are

“Padel League” is a free app for running weekly padel sessions for groups of friends. It is built and operated by an individual, not a company. Data controller and point of contact: support@padel-league.net.

2. What we actually collect

This is the complete list of what the app stores — nothing else:

What is public — plainly

Three things only are visible to anyone who opens the app, even without an account:

The top-five players board: player name, group name, number of sessions and average games. You enter it automatically if you are among the top five after completing at least three sessions. Your email and contact details never appear there.
Group name and code: searchable by name so your friends can find their group — joining still requires the group admin’s approval, so a visible name does not let anyone in.
Nothing else: your detailed session results, schedule and attendance stay inside the group.

If having your name on the board bothers you, change it from “Edit my name in the record” inside the app, or email support@padel-league.net and we will exclude you from it.

What we never collect

No location — the app never requests location permission
No contacts, photos or files from your device
No camera, no microphone
No advertising identifier, no device fingerprint
No behavioural analytics — no Google Analytics, no Firebase Analytics, no alternative. (The app’s Firebase project was created with Analytics switched off deliberately)
No ads and no ad networks
No phone number

Notifications — only if you turn them on

Notifications are off by default and only work if you tap “🔔 Enable notifications” and your browser agrees. We then store that device’s push subscription: the push service endpoint (Google, Mozilla or Apple depending on your browser), two random encryption keys generated by your browser, and the browser type for diagnostics.

That subscription is a device identifier — but it reveals neither your phone number nor your location nor your identity, and it is used only to send this app’s notifications. The content of every notification is encrypted between our server and your device, so the push service cannot read it.

One tap to stop: the same button becomes “🔕 Disable notifications” and deletes the subscription from our side. Revoking the permission in your browser settings stops them too.

3. Where it is stored

On your device (localStorage / app storage): a copy of your current session state and your settings, so the app works without internet. Cleared when you clear the app’s data or uninstall it.
On Supabase: a managed database service that holds accounts, memberships and results so they sync between group members’ devices. Supabase privacy policy
On Vercel: hosts the web version. Like any web server it keeps technical request logs (IP address, browser type) for operational and security reasons, and we do not use them to track you. Vercel privacy policy

These are our only two technical providers (data processors). We do not share your data with anyone else, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing.

4. Sharing that you initiate

The app lets you copy the results or export them as an image to share on WhatsApp or elsewhere. That sharing happens only at your command, and whatever you post outside the app leaves the scope of this policy and falls under the policy of the service you posted it to. We never send your data anywhere automatically.

5. Deleting your data

From inside the app: “Leave permanently” removes your membership of the group and its link to your account.

Deleting the account from inside the app (fastest): “⚙️ Group & account” → “🗑 Delete my account permanently”. You are signed out of all your devices immediately, and the account is erased permanently after 30 days, automatically — and you can undo it by signing in before that date. If you are the only admin of a group that has members, you are asked to choose who takes over (or we pick the longest-standing member for you) — and deletion is never blocked.

And if you deleted the app or lost your device: use the account deletion request page — it opens without signing in; you enter your email and send. Or email us from your registered address at support@padel-league.net with the subject “Delete my account”. In both cases we delete your account, email and name within 30 days. Because that page is open to everyone, we may write to you to confirm the address is yours before we act.

Stated plainly: the results of matches you already played stay in the group’s archive because they are a shared record that is not yours alone — but they are detached from your identity once your name and email are deleted, so they are no longer attributed to you.

6. Your rights

Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you
Correction: change your player name directly inside the app
Deletion: as described in section 5
Objection and withdrawal: stop using the app and request deletion at any time

To exercise any of these, email us at the address above. We respond within 30 days.

7. Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Once deletion is requested it is erased within 30 days. Rejected join requests are deleted automatically together with the requester’s data.

8. Children

The app is not directed at anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If a child’s data reaches us, we delete it as soon as we are told.

9. Security

Traffic is fully encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and data access is governed by Row Level Security rules that stop a member of one group from reading another group’s data. No system is immune, but we collect no sensitive data (no payment cards, no government IDs, no location) so the impact of any breach is inherently limited.

10. Changes to this policy

On any material change we update the date at the top of this page, and if the change expands what we collect we tell members inside the app before it takes effect — and ask for consent again on the privacy notice screen.
