طلب حذف الحساب
Account deletion request
الأسرع: من داخل التطبيق. «⚙️ القروب والحساب» ← «🗑 حذف حسابي نهائياً». هناك تُحذف بلا انتظار ردّ منّا، لأن حسابك يثبت هويته بنفسه. وهذه الصفحة لمن حذف التطبيق أو ضاع جهازه.
ولو كنت تبغى تخرج من قروب واحد فقط، لا تحتاج حذف الحساب — «الخروج النهائي» داخل التطبيق يزيل عضويتك من القروب ويبقي حسابك.
ماذا يُحذف
- حسابك: بريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة مرورك
- عضوياتك في كل القروبات، واسم اللاعب المرتبط بها
- أي طلب انضمام معلّق لك
ماذا يبقى — بصراحة
نتائج المباريات التي لعبتها تبقى في أرشيف قروبك لأنها سجل مشترك لمجموعة كاملة لا يخصّك وحدك. لكنها تُفصل عن هويتك: يُحذف بريدك وحسابك فلا تعود منسوبة إليك. والتفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.
Fastest: from inside the app. “⚙️ Group & account” → “🗑 Delete my account permanently”. There it is deleted without waiting for a reply from us, because your account proves its own identity. This page is for people who deleted the app or lost their device.
And if you only want to leave one group, you do not need to delete your account — “Leave permanently” inside the app removes your membership and keeps your account.
What gets deleted
- Your account: your email address and your password
- Your memberships in every group, and the player name attached to them
- Any pending join request of yours
What stays — plainly
The results of matches you played stay in your group’s archive because they are a shared record belonging to a whole group, not to you alone. But they are detached from your identity: your email and account are deleted, so they are no longer attributed to you. Details in the privacy policy.
ماذا يحدث بعد الإرسال
- يصل طلبك للمشرف، ويُنفَّذ خلال ٣٠ يوماً كما تنصّ سياسة الخصوصية
- قد نراسلك على نفس البريد للتأكد أنه بريدك فعلاً قبل الحذف — لأن هذه الصفحة مفتوحة للجميع، ولا نحذف حساب أحد بناءً على طلب مجهول
- الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه بعد التنفيذ
طريق آخر
تقدر بدل هذه الصفحة ترسل رسالة من بريدك المسجّل إلى support@padel-league.net بعنوان «حذف حسابي».
What happens after you send it
- Your request reaches the administrator and is carried out within 30 days, as the privacy policy states
- We may write to that same address to confirm it is really yours before deleting — because this page is open to everyone, and we do not delete anyone’s account on an anonymous request
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once carried out
